Voting Resources for the 2025 Election Cycle

  • Are you wondering if you are eligible to vote in this election cycle? The Secretary of State has a website to answer your questions!  
  • Remember to register to vote! If you are not registered to vote at your current address, you can register through the Secretary of State’s website. A reminder that Minnesota has same-day voter registration, so you can also register to vote on Election Day at your polling place!
  • Don’t remember if you’ve registered to vote at your current address? Check out the Check My Registration tool through the Secretary of State. Remember to register to vote if you haven’t!
  • Early Voting is already underway! Minnesota is a no-excuse absentee voting state, which means anyone can request an absentee ballot for any reason. For general information on early voting, click here

    • Voting Hours - Voting hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for all elections in Minnesota. Remember that if you are in line by 8:00 pm, you are still able to cast your ballot!
